02 - SECURE YOUR DATE
Once you're ready to move forward, I'll send over your contract and booking details. A deposit secures your date, and from that moment, I'm officially part of your wedding team.
03 - PREP AND PLANNING
Six weeks before your wedding, I'll send you a pre-wedding questionnaire, and we'll have a proper catch-up to review all the details. I want to understand who and what matter most to you – this helps me know exactly where to focus my energy on the day.
04 - ENGAGEMENT SHOOT
If you'd like to get comfortable in front of the camera before your big day, we can arrange an engagement session. It's a lovely way to get to know each other and ease any nerves about being photographed.
05 - THE WEDDING DAY
I'll arrive up to 2 hours before your ceremony, using a fly-on-the-wall approach during prep so you can truly enjoy getting ready. I'll capture your venue, ceremony, family portraits, and all those special, candid moments as the day naturally unfolds.
06 - POST-WEDDING
You'll receive your preview images within 48 hours, and your full gallery of 600+ carefully edited images will arrive within 6-8 weeks via a password-protected digital gallery.

I hear this from almost every couple, and honestly, it's completely normal to feel that way. But here's what I've learned – once we're together on your wedding day, that nervousness melts away because you're just being yourselves with each other. I work around you, only offering gentle guidance if you want it, so couples portraits often become the most relaxed part of your day. It's just the two of you, taking a moment to breathe and soak it all in.
Once you're ready to proceed, I'll send over your contract and invoice. A 20% deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due six weeks before your wedding. After that, you'll receive my phone number so you can message me whenever you like – whether it's about timeline changes, random questions that spring to mind, or just sharing your wedding excitement. I'm here for all of it.
I don't usually need to visit beforehand - I love arriving with fresh eyes and discovering all the beautiful details alongside you on your day. There are certain venues I work at regularly, but either way, I'll make sure I'm completely prepared so you can relax knowing everything's covered.
You'll get a preview gallery within 48 hours - perfect for sharing with excited family and friends. Your complete gallery of beautifully edited images will be ready within 8 weeks at the most.
