The Ceremony at Islington Town Hall

Hannah and Owen were married during an intimate morning ceremony at Islington Town Hall, surrounded by around twenty of their closest friends and family, including their dog Indy. Hannah wore her mum’s veil, which was such a sentimental detail, and the whole wedding was photographed on a mix of digital and 35mm film.

Guests were already gathered outside when they arrived together, greeting them with hugs and a few emotional tears before everyone made their way inside.

After their Islington Town Hall ceremony, everyone gathered outside for confetti and photographs before we wandered through Islington for a few couples portraits whilst making our way to The Canonbury Tavern, where the rest of the guests had headed for drinks. 

Speeches and Lunch at Perilla

Later on, everyone made their way to Perilla where more guests joined them. Everyone gathered with glasses of rosé in hand, catching up and slowly gathering around before Hannah and Owen gave their speeches and everyone sat down for lunch. The whole day felt relaxed and emotional, with the people around them at the centre of it all.
